| This afternoon seminar will first explore the subject of policy conditions, with reference to various legal cases involving breaches of conditions. The second speaker will then look at the types of claim that can arise when there is an issue with a food product. Using a claims scenario the speaker will discuss what falls under each head of claim and how you might consider and quantify each aspect. |
